Copolymer thin films with two types of functional groups have excellent performance as sensors, for example. The formation and deposition allyl alcohol-acrylic acid copolymer by pulsed high frequency plasma is a complex process. As usual, the chemical composition top surface was investigated XPS FTIR measurements. Furthermore, contact angle measurements water were used to characterise hydrophilicity wettability polymer films. After deposition, significant decrease in (OH COOH) observed compared classically copolymerised equivalent. remaining groups, i.e. majority these sufficient application sensor layers. Segmental mobility conductivity, important applications, analysed broadband dielectric spectroscopy.
